How can i configure Outlook to use proxy server? I've searched whole menu,
but didn't found a thing about proxies.

It will use the settings in IE. You can choose a connection method in
tools, email accounts, if you have multiple connection methods.

Only for HTTP. If you are refering to POP, SMTP and IMAP then you will need
to configure the proxy to point to these TCP servers and Outlook to point to
the proxy server.

Outlook will ONLY use the IE proxy settings - it has no option on its own.

Thats why for the other protocols you have to set up the proxy server to
email server and Outlook to proxy server. Works here.
