Outlook 2007 - Public Folders Disappeared

G

I have an enduser that can no longer access the public folders via the
folder list (or any other way from the Outlook 2007 client) or from
their Favorites. They are able to access in OWA. The user reports
that they may have chose the "Close all items" item from the File menu
in an effort to close a shared calendar. We are using Exchange 2007
but I don't believe the issue is with Exchange since this is isolated
to only this user. Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or have
a suggestion on how to "reconnect" this user to the public folders?

Thank you.

you can't close public folders - if the exchange acct is in the profile and
you use exchange services (not pop) to connect to it, the public folders are
visible in the folder list view (ctrl+6)

Have the user click on Folder List on the lower left corner of Outlook.
My users do this all the time...
