Outlook 2007: Repeated login prompt with MSN HTTP email

Hello. I have a client with Windows XP, Outlook 2007, and IE 7. She's using
MSN mail and connecting with HTTP:. She keeps getting login prompts in
Outlook even though she's checked the Remember Password box.

I've installed the KB904942 fix, deleted the profile and set up a new one,
and deleted the Protected Storage System Provider registry entry, and the
problem still occurs.

Any other suggestions?
