Outlook 2007 resends emails with attachments

Oulook resends emails with attachments.

I have read several posts pertaining to this problem, has anyone come up with a
soultion?

AVG Free with outgoing email scan disabled

Is the email scan disabled or uninstalled? If the former, uninstall AVG
completely and reinstall without the mail scanning portion. Check also for
other programs inserting themselves between Outlook and the mail server,
like firewalls, antispam scanners, and others. Also check your send/receive
interval. It should be no less than about ten minutes.
