Outlook 2007 Scheduling calender

My boss has Outlook 07, the rest of us dont. She can open others users
calendars no problem, but when she uses the "scheudling asssitant"
everyone elses calenders come up with no data avail. Any idea why?
And how to fix this? I can see her appointments fine, in either
view.

My setting say we get published 2 months out every 15 minutes. We use
exchange.
Could it have anythign to do with the different versions?
