Outlook 2007 Search folders

Just started upgrading to Office 2007 Professional. Some users are
complaining that their search folders need repopulated. Any ideas?

What's the exact issue for them?
They can create a Search Folder via File-> New Search Folder
If the Search Folder is inactive, simply select it to reactivate it again.

They already have search folders, however, selecting the folder does not
reactivate it and they need to recreate the search.
