I've got an interesting problem in Office Outlook 2007. Customers is in Sent
Items folder. They change the sort order to search by Name. They can then
hit a letter on the keyboard to jump to that letter in the sorted list. When
they try the same thing in the Inbox, it does not work. Any suggestions to
resolve the problem would be appreciated.
I did already install SP1 to see if it may have been some sort of bug fix.
