Outlook 2007 'section1' style

Hi

One of our users is having an issue when replying to external emails.
The email comes in and the formatting is fine, the user then replies
and all seems to be OK until she looks at the sent email and all text
has been changed to Times New Roman instead of Calibri.
I have checked the users font settings and all are corrently set to
use Calibri (no +Body etc).

After a net search I found some advice that a 'section1' style could
be at fault and sure enough when removing this style from the email
the formatting matches the users spec.

I can't ask the user to continually remove this style from all emails
she sends extenallyas the user can send well over 50 emails a day.
I have tried creating a section1 style which is based on Normal, but
this doesnt seem to help at all/

Does anyone know of a way to remove this section1 style from Outlook
permanently?
My guess is that this is something originating on the originators
server, so this would need to be done via VBS, but if anyone can
educate me differently then that is fine too :)

Many thanks in advance.

Matt
