Outlook 2007 security notice - Unsafe locations for Hyperlinks

I have a similar problem but it is based on Outlook templates that I have
created and saved under a customized toolbar. When I click on a template in
the toolbar, I get the warning message that the location may be unsafe. The
templates are located in my C:\Documents and settings\User Name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Templates. Is there a way to stop this warning? I
have to access these templates multiple times during the work day.

Don't open them through the windows explorer - go through the templates
dialog. You can add the Choose form command the toolbar so its faster to
access.

The Choose Form Dialog still makes it a number of clicks before you can open
the template, especially because it may not browse to the right location at
first.

This is another example of security settings being inflexible and causing
productivity problems. There should be a way to disable the security warning,
or white list certain files on the OS, especially template files CREATED IN
OUTLOOK!!!

I am actually doing the same thing for my company. I need to have a
confidential message appear in the subject line of every email so I
made a template and added it to the menu bar. The message is popping
up every time even though it is on the local drive. Does anyone have a
workaround to get rid of this message? I have access to the exchange
server but I do not understand what the Default Template folder is on
the exchange server? please explain any solution.
