Outlook 2007 send problem

Sometimes when I try to send a large file to one or more parties my mail gets
stuck in the outbox and sends the same email multiple times until I physicaly
stop it from sending and delete it from the outbox. Anyone know the reason
for this?

Usually caused by having an anti-virus solution integrated with Outlook.
Disable/uninstall this integration and try again.
