Outlook 2007 Send /Receive

Outlook is not automatically posting messages. I have to click send/receive
for it to show current messages. I tried changing time to every 5 minutes
but that didn't work either. What should I do?

If you are talking about the polling time, then it should be ten minutes
minimum...

Any err msgs?
There are 2 settings in mail options, send on starting & send every xx mins
Lastly its not in Offline mode? (File>Offline)
