I have outlook installed on a vista machine with multiple users. I have one
user that cannot receive any email. They can send email using outlook but
cannot receive. I have checked all settings and permissions that I can think
of and given them full control but they cannot make any changes. and when you
click the send/reveive button nothing happens.
