Outlook 2007 shows HTML emails messed up

We create an emailed message in Dreamweaver MX. When it goes out to those who
have Outlook 2007, the article starts way down on the page and then the
bottom half of the article is missing. I downloaded and installed the Outlook
2007 Validator for Dreamweaver and ran it showing no errors on my end. When
someone opens the email in Outlook 2007, the problem is still there. How can
this be corrected?

I expected this validator plug in to show me where the problem was, but it
isn't helping.

If someone uses Outlook 2007 to view the Hotmail email, it comes through
fine, but when sent dirctly to Outlook 2007 - it is messed up.

Again, any help with this is appreciated, since more and more people will be
going to Outlook 2007 eventually.
