Outlook 2007 Slow Sending/Receiving

S

SteveK

I know this has been posted before but I haven't heard anything new lately
so I wanted to throw this back out there. I am running Vista RTM with
Office 2007 RTM on a new Dell with 3.5GB of Ram. I have Outlook configured
with one POP mailbox (Cox), new pst so the size is 0. There are no other
installed apps or 3rd party add-ins, basically as basic of an install as you
can get. When sending and receiving it just crawls and is completely
unusable. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Steve

Roady,

Can you tell me how and where to do that please?

Thanks,

Steve

Thanks again Roady, but that didn't work. I do not have any feeds. Any
