Outlook 2007 software

I have bought a second hand laptop which has preinstalled Office 2007, ie.
Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint and Word. But, unfortunately, not Outlook. The
previous owner was using only OutlookExpress.
Is there any way to be able to purchase only Outlook 2007?
