I have a problem in starting up Outlook 2007. I keep receiving the message
that the program did not start up correctly and should start up only in Safe
Mode. Although the program performs correctly afterwards, I have to waste
time undergoing a series of questions plus some functions are disabled.
Although I uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2007 with all the requireed
updates along with Service Pack 1, the problems still remains although I also
performed the repair function. Any ideas of what is happening and how can I
correct it? Thanks in advance.
