On one of our user machines Outlook 2007 keeps crashing, the user is
prompted to send the info to MS, and does so, but no return fix is
presented. She tried the office diagnostics option but it showed no errors.
I had her move about 600MB to a personal folder, leaving under 300 MB of
emails showing under properties, but she still has problems.
What is the next thing to try?
