Outlook 2007 STILL does not allow you to Scroll through a NOTE in the Reading Pane!!!

I just checked out the Demo of Outlook 2007 and it STILL doesn't
include a scroll bar inside of a note! I don't understand why they
wouldn't have put that into the new version since this question has
been asked fairly regularly!!! What UP???

In MS Outlook 2003, this is something that really bugs me. If my
note
that I have is too long, I have to use the pageUp/PageDown buttons to
scroll through the note. Is the no way to activate a scroll bar?

Has this feature been added to MS Office 2007???? I keep everything
in Outlook and oftentimes the notes can be quite long.
