Outlook 2007 tasks

Why doesn't the tasks list REMEMBER the last settings to the columns, sorts,
etc? Everytime I go and change it to something custom and leave tasks, when I
return it's reverted back to factory settings! VERY frustrating.

Please advise.

Mine remembers, always has. Maybe your view is messed up. You could try
resetting the view using the command line switch.

HUH? What is the command line switch? Is it a DOS command via the "COMMAND"
route? No matter, please explain how I do this.

PS And it's only Tasks. Contacts and Notes retain previous changes to their
column setups!
