Outlook 2007 template so information can be filled in

We are using Outlook 2007 on an exchange server and have the need for
multiple people to send messages from a support account. Everyone already
has permission to send from this account. I need to know how to create an
Outlook template that will have the following in it automatically:

The FROM field needs to be set to the support account so they don't have to
remember to fill it in everytime they send a message.

Where we have DATE: I'd like to have text to the right of it explaining
what goes in this space (ie: Enter the date of the expected outage) Right
now, I just have it typed like this......Date: <Enter the date of the
expected outage>

I hope I've given you enough information to understand what I'm trying to do.

Thanks!

Take a look at Email Templates - www.emailtemplates.com. It will allo
you to create template emails that you can apply to messages in you
support box. These messages will then send through the account yo
choose and have the the correct from information evey time.

For example, a support template might look like this:

----

Hi &sender_first_name;,

Thank you for contacting MyCompany...

&support_signature;
mycompany.com
800.555.1212

&selection;

----

When a user applies the template, it will create the outlook messag
and allow the user to make final edits. Then they simply sent the emai
as they would normally. If you have any problems with it or nee
additional assistance, please let me know.

Thanks, Eric. This looks like something we could use in another area. For
this particular instance, I'm guessing we need more of a form because the
"headings" will always be the same, it's the "descriptions" that will be
different.
