Outlook 2007 Theme

When I sen a message with a custom theme to someone and to myself the primary
recipient does not see the theme in the background but I do see it. Is there
something wrong on my end or on the recipients end?

Because different mail clients will render HTML differently.

I'd say if you see the theme after sending yourself a copy (and that copy is
really a send, not just an examination of what's in Sent Items), then the
problem lies on the recipient's side.
