Outlook 2007 to Windows Mail

If someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I would like to transfer all of my contacts, messages & information from
Outlook 2007 to Windows Mail. I seem to be finding information on how to take
other mail programs to Outlook 2007 when I need to go the other way.

For mail, start Windows Mail and click File>Import>Messages. Select
Microsoft Outlook. Click Next and follow any remaining prompts.

For Contacts, export them from Outlook as a CSV. Then in WIndows Mail use
File>Import>Other Address Book>Text File (CSV). None of the other Outlook
data will transfer to Windows Mail, since it has no other capability.

1 2 3. Somethimes just that bit of help from another makes all the difference
