Outlook 2007 : unable to open .aspx links contained in some e-mails

Daniel

Hi everybody,

This follows a previous post, in which I indicated that I could not open
links contained in some mails.

I noticed this phenomenon with a Microsoft Newsletterr I subscribed to.

This newsletter contains many links which ends in ".aspx".

I am unable to open not all but most of these links.

Now, if I right click on the link and select Open, it works, IE opens
automatically.

In some cases the same .aspx link is associated with both an image and a
litteral text next to it. If I click on the text itself, nothing happens,
but if I click on the image, it's OK, IE opens!

I am using a PC with Vista and Office 2007.

I have another computer with XP and Office 2003. On that PC I have no
problem whatsoever to open these .aspx links.

any clue anyone?

Many thanks in advance for your kind help.

Best rgds,
Daniel

security setting somewhere that would prevent 2007 from allowing us to click
