Outlook 2007 - where is the pst file located?

I crashed my computer. I recently upgraded to Outlook 2007 and installed the
business contact manager (no data in business contact manager). I went to
c:\document and settings\user\local but the local directory was not there.
I have access to the C:. any advice would be appreciated.

look for it and make sure to include Hidden Files in your search criteria.
