Outlook 2007 Where's Insert Autotext?

In 2003 key combo I+A+X brought up the Autotext box where I could add items
(words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs) for later recall by typing the first
four (4) characters & pressing ENTER. How do I do the same thing EASILY in
2007?

That is quickparts in Outlook. I don't know if there is a shortcut for it,
but you can add it to the QAT (quick access toolbar) and it will be Alt+n,
based on its position on the QAT.
