I just purchased a new computer with Vista and installed Office 2007. There
are two users on the system and all Office features work fine for user one.
For user two, when attempting to compose a new message there is a message
that there is an open dialogue window and it will not allow the message to be
composed. The Outlook program will not close at all for user two.
