Outlook 2007 will not open

I've tried changing the server name and everything else you can imagine. I
keep getting the error message: Microsoft exchange server not available,
must be online...etc.

Have you talked to your Exchange administrator?

Are you using an Exchange server? If not, then remove the Exchange server
from your account settings using control panel-:>mail icon.
