Outlook 2007 windows layout and dual screen

Hi,

When I start Outlook 2007, it maximes on only one of my monitor. I
have to manually enlarge it accross my both monitor. The software does
not keep the last position, like IE for example. Is there a way to
make Outlook restore the previous screen position/size ?
