Outlook 2007
I just installed Windows Update KB971180
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971180) before going to bed last night and
shut down the machine. Woke this morning opened my Outlook to get the mail,
and sure as heck it started to seriously act up. Send & Receiving of 19
accounts + Office Live Sync (39 total tasks) would stall at initial launch of
Outlook and initial S&R after about 4 accounts were checked. Then the rest of
the accounts would just hang; not even report errors. After relaunching
Outlook, same thing.
I then uninstalled the KB971180 update and relaunched Outlook. S&R blazed
though all 39 tasks with ease!
Anyone else experiencing the same issue with Outlook 2007, Vista Business,
and Windows Update KB971180?
