Outlook 2007 with BCM - Out of Memory after MSO12 SP2 installation

After a month of workiing this issue with Microsoft, they have confirmed a
bug. So while we await MSO12 SP3 here is the work around they've given me.
The only catch is that it requires knowledge of editing your registry and
that in the process you will disable the email tracking feature within BCM.

Add a new registry file named "EnableEAA" to the following location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Business Solution eCRM

Hope this helps. Good Luck.

I have the exact same issue... for 2 weeks now... I have uninstalled and
re-installed....BCM, SQL Server 2005, Outlook 2007 completely....No help...
created a new empty database.....and still I have the error....Im thinking
maybe its time for SalesForce.com...

Well that is actually good news. Frustrating but good news. I have tried
to solve the problem on my own, without success. I ended up rolling back to
the orignal office 07 with BCM after several attempts to upgrade failed. It
has been wokring fine for the last month. Any ideas on timing of SP3? I use
the email tracking feature pretty extensively so the work around is not an
option.

Thanks.

I hav used BCM for a long time and have an extensive database. I really hate
to change, but I think I have no other choice. I cant use Outlook when the
"BCM" file is added to Outlook. I am close to purchase "Prophet" for Outlook
to replace BCM, unless there is a fix soon.

Well, the problem here is that we have the same problems but without even
having BCM installed!
