I found another thread talking about that grey icon that appears an
stays shortly after shutting Outlook 2007 down.
For my machine, it shows, and about 50% of the time it does not g
away, and while it is present, Outlook 2007 will not open.
Outlook shows in the Task Manager when this happens.
If I end process on Outlook from the task manager, the icon wil
disappear when I hover over it.
Once the process is ended in Task Manager, then I am able to ope
Outlook.
Windows XP SP3, Outlook 2007 (office 2k7 pro)
