outlook 2007 wont start

hi i have created a table in access 2007 and wanted to send it out as a form
to friends too enter details for me but any time i click on the create email
button on access a message box pops up saying outlook can not be started. any
idears as to what may be the problem thank you

I keep getting the same error - anyone aware of what could be causing this?
