Intermitent problem- Outlook will not load from tray Icon or Applications.
Task manager shows program not responding.
After restart-one e-mail of 2 loads the other Primary e-mail will not. Get
error message data file did not close properly. I have checked all setting.

What do you mean by "one e-mail of 2 loads"? Do you mean that you have two
accounts defined and that only one of them will receive? What types are
your accounts?
