The web toolbar in Outlook 2007 has started disappearing. When I start up
Outlook it is not displayed even though I have set it to display the last
time Outlook was open. It has to be reset every time I have Outlook running.
Any ideas as to what is going on. This has only started happening in the
last week or so. I have not made any other changes.
