You can't. The sole purpose of the Address Book view is to show you only
those contacts that have electronic addresses. There's no other reason to
even use it.

Thanks for the info but:
I am attempting to get away from using ACT in my law practice, and move over
to outlook. When I try to set up an "appointment" or "meeting" and add
"others" I have to go to the address book and pull the names, but some of my
contacts do not have email addresses. Any suggestions?

How do you propose sending them the invitation if they don't have mail
addresses?

Some do not email address that is the entire problem. I want the ease of
pulling there name off the address book (so not to have to type the names)
and then most time I have to call them. I just need a way to not include an
email address and still have the address contain the contact name (or put
something in that field) if possible

The Address Book interface will never show you a contact that has no
electronic address and you cannot change that. If you want the contact to
appear in the Address Book interface so that you can include that person in
a meeting request, enter an address for the person in their contact record.
The address doesn't need to be a valid address (although you'll get a
non-delivery report if it's not).

Thanks for the time, I'll give it a try. My point of doing this to get away
from 3rd party software (companion Link) Act to my Blackberry. Outlook sync's
right in.
