Outlook 2010 Conversations

After I used the Clean Up Conversations control for the first time, which
worked, the control has remained greyed out and I am unable to use the
function. I have two e-mail accounts in Outlook - one is a BTInternet.com
account and for which I use POP3. The other is a Windows Live e-mail which
says it is MAPI but works in the same way, ie. I download all messages and
do not keep or work with anything directly on the server.

Has anyone any ideas, please?
