Outlook 2010 won't download RSS messages

I have Outlook setup to download RSS messages every time it checks for email (every minute). When I look under File/Account Settings/RSS Feeds it lists all the feeds and says they were updated one minute ago, however when I check the feeds themselves none of them have any messages since the end of March! Any ideas? If it makes any difference I did do a system reinstall and used the Outlook pst file back-up I created. Everything else about Outlook has worked perfectly so I don't think that has anything to do with it.Of course I am not an expert. Help please.
