I have customers using Entourage 2008 who use the options for message
viewing to make unread message titles appear in red, and read messages
appear in blue. I see no options for message viewing in Outlook 2011
other than time delays for marking messages as read. In addition, the
visual differences between read and unread messages are so subtle that
they provide little visual clue. Is this feature set coming to a later
version or update? My clients are quite dependent upon their viewing
options, and will resist migration. Since the visual clues are so
poor, I hope that either this option is just something I haven't found
yet, or that it will be added back.
