Outlook will not open from a second computer. I get an
error message that states: "Your Personal Address book
could not be opened. Your personal address book has been
opened for use by another computer. You will not be able
to use your personal address book with this application..."

Is it possible to open outlook for two computers at the
same time?

Post your correct Outlook version and the type of information store you are
using. A PST file can only be accessed by one installation at a time.
