For sometime my laptop has had a problem with creating / managing new email
accounts in Outlook and I dont seem to be able to overcome it.
The laptop is running WinXPHome SP2 and I am the only user ~ adminstrator
In a nutshell, in Outlook 2k, click tools, accounts and the next dialgue
that should allow to create modify or delete email accounts simply does not
appear. I can manage them in outlook express and import them but I cannot
delete or modify because that requires the dialogue box.
The mail option in Control Panel does not respond and I have tried
reinstalling
Does anyone have suggestions?? PLEASE
