For sometime my laptop running on WinXPHome SP2 has had a problem with
creating / managing new email accounts in Outlook 2K and I dont seem to be
able to overcome it. I am the administrator
In a nutshell, in Outlook 2k, click tools, accounts and the next dialgue
that should allow me to create modify or delete email accounts simply does
not appear, it's not even greyed out. I can manage them in outlook express
and import them but I cannot delete or modify because that requires the
dialogue box.
Through Control Panel the mail option there, again simply does not respond
Does anyone have suggestions?? PLEASE
