outlook 2k send and recieve

i just installed outlook 2k and i want to find out how to get it to send and
recieve at start up. when i had outlook express i had set up that way.
please post a reply.

Tools/Options/Mail Set Up.....you'll see the option there.
Click to expand...
There is also a send recieve button for more options.
