Outlook 2K/SP3 & Starfish TrueSync

When sync'ing my Palm M130 to Outlook 2K/SP3's Contact list
and Calendar through TrueSync; I sometimes get a message
about allowing another program to access Outlook's database.

I'd like to set a switch to always allow this action. Any ideas?
