Outlook 6 keeps starting independently

Outlook 6 keeps starting on my PC. Have virus scanned with Mcaffee and come
up clean. Also scanned with MS malicious software removal and again found
nothing. PC is almost unusable as this happens almost every other keystroke.
Any advice appreciated

There is no such thing as "Outlook 6". Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

When I search for the outlook express general newsgroup the site points me
here which may explain why you get so many OE queries here
