Outlook 7 Error

I am running Outlook 7 with all of the latest updates, but for the last two
days I get the following error when sending/receiving. Any ideas?

Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC90): Your incoming (POP3) e-mail serer
has reported an internal error. The server replied: ERR problem retrieving
message

This does not appear to be an Outlook problem. Your POP server is reporting
an internal error. Speak with your mail service support people.
