Does anyone know how to block domain names in the spam filter and how many
blocked email addresses can you put in the blocked list?

Presumably by Outlook "7" you mean Outlook 2007 and by the Spam Filter
you mean Junk Email?
If so, do Actions-Junk Email-Junk Email Options and you can add a domain
there.
