"Outlook 97/98 Help Desk Form" using Outlook 2002

Hi,

I have applied the "Outlook 97/98 Help Desk Form" on a Public Folder in
Exchange 5.5, the clients using the form have Outlook 2002, I also added the
form to the organizational forms. The problem I am encountering is when the
Help Desk is assigned an email is sent to the specific Technician with a
shortcut to the Task assigned to him, this shortcut doesn't respond when
clicked.
How can I resolve this problem?

There is a known problem with shortcuts to tasks, not likely to be fixed any
time soon. A possible workaround might be to rewrite the code to create a
text link (see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/links.htm) instead of a
shortcut.
