Outlook 97 downloading email from pop3 server

I am using Outlook 97 and had to reinstall. I can't find anymore how to download my email from my pop3 server. I thought there was a service called internet mail but it doesn't seem to appear in the services anymore

How do I go about it

97. Have you upgraded your office installation with at least service

No, where do i get it. When I try to add-in services I get the minet.ecf, but it doesn't seem to install internet mail. Could this have naything todo with using XP (I previously used M

section).
