Outlook 97 - Outlook Address Book

Is there any way to show ALL my contacts when I click on
the Address Book, i.e., not just the ones with e-mail
addresses or fax numbers?

No. The idea behind the Address Book is to show those contacts to whom you can send electronic messages.
