I have a user who's having problems with her Outlook 97. She inherited
the computer from a previous user who did not mention any problems
with her email. The problem she is having (and I have verified it) is
that when she opens her email, after opening a message or two, her
Outlook will just hang. The only thing possible is to use CTRL+ALT+DEL
to close the process (under Windows 98.)
I can't find any *specific* information on Microsoft's knowledgebase,
but I've found similar problems, which mention possible DLL
corruption.
I'm wondering if anyone here has experienced this problem and has a
solution? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office 97SR2, but
it doesn't help. I am thinking it's probably an Outlook-related DLL
issue, but I'm not sure which DLL it would be...

Sorry for the address munging, but I get enough spam at home, and
don't want any at work!
